Phonak 4.0 Vented Domes

It was what I ordered for my type of hearing aid.

I had the large domes from my audiologist. One was irritating my ear and hard to keep inserted. These fit perfectly and my ear is no longer sore. I don't notice any degradation of hearing either.

Cost is more reasonable than from the Doctors office. There the exact same model as what I received originally, fit is perfect.

Even though I change out the wax tips on my hearings frequently, I find the domes also collect dust too easily. These are excellent replacements - they slide on easily and are completely secure. An excellent seal is accomplished.

These fit fine on my Resound aides. They seem all around to be the same as what hearing aid dispensers provide. Price is good too, considering I don't have to make an appointment and go see the audiologist for something this basic.

These are easy to install hearing aid domes. The Phonak 4.0 Style Vented Domes fit well and no negatives. Better price than my audiologist.

I really didn't want to go to the hearing place for an appointment and have the cost of that visit just to try larger and smaller domes for my hearing aid. So I bought two different sizes that I can use at my discretion. I find that sometimes I need to change sizes according to how sensitive my ears are feeling and also whether or not I am in quiet or loud surroundings. Price is excellent.

These domes fit my receiver in canal Phonak hearing aids perfectly.

I've been wearing hearing aids for about a year and started with the vented style and they kept coming out of my ears due to the design more than anything and I switched to the closed style - and they drove me nuts. Putting them in correctly always created a pressurized feeling and I don't it even helped. Saw these pop up and it's the best of both worlds. I get the "inner ear" placement but without the total blockage of the ear canal as these have two small holes that let the ear breath a bit. I had purchased the medium ( which seems to be my 'normal' size but the large fit much better. This style is a game changer as they stay in the ear but don't cause any discomfort. They are super flexible and go on the hearing aids just as the stock ones did.

The Clarity Audiology Phonak 4.0 Style Vented Domes also fit Starkey Evolv AI 1000 hearing aids. I can't evaluate whether this is a "proper" fit but the domes are secure. I don't have a concern that they will slip off unexpectedly. They might be a bit more closed than I would like but they are vastly more comfortable than the open "dome" that my audiologist provided.

These are the standard domes for Phonac hearing aids. They come in different sizes so you can find a comfortable fit. These have a very small hole or �vent� that helps everything to sound more normal. I have some domes without the hole and sometimes louder noises can be distorted or my voice sounds louder in my head. These are a smooth silicon that slide into the ear easily. Depending on hearing loss, the vented type can produce a more natural sound.

These are just what you need for Phonak hearing aids. They are the exact same thing I get from my audiologist. The pricing is good. I have no complaints at all.

These fit my Starkey hearing aids perfectly.

These are a soft silicone rubber and the large size fits perfectly in my ear. They were easy to mount on my Phonak Paradise hearing aids. Performance seems to be the same as my OEM�s at a slightly lower price. Don�t know yet how long they will last but seems to be a good deal.

They fit my Hearivo QV Pro hearing aids and my Kirkland hearing aids just like the originals.

So, these domes work similar to the name brand versions. They're not as long as the name brand but do fit snugly. No concerns with them falling off and getting into the ear canal. Just a slightly different connection.

Performance is similar to other brands of the same type of dome.

Choosing the right hearing aid domes is super important. I experiment and keep notes on the different domes that I try. Most important is comfort for prolonged wear. These domes are vented and produce good-quality sound. I've been wearing hearing aids for well over 20 years, and the main cause for hearing aid malfunction is earwax blocking the tiny hole on the hearing aid domes. The domes need to be cleaned every day with a soft brush to prevent wax build-up. And you should replace them every 4 weeks. This kit comes with 24 domes, so you're good for a full-year supply.

These tiny domes worked perfectly for my tiny ear canals! I love that there are so many in the package. Although these are tiny and harder to put onto my hearing aid, once I got them attached they worked and I don't have to worry anymore about the whistling that happens when my canal isn't properly sealed. Having tiny ear canals makes it more difficult to find the tips but these worked great. I'm happy that it comes with 24 so I have plenty to spare.

I've tried many of these... and These are finally a great fit!! They are the ones in the middle!
The smalls feel like they go into my brain, the larger impair my normal hearing or don't go in well...
These are a perfect fit!! I don't even feel them there at all!!! My hearing is great and they don't itch. I had some that are always making my ears itch... with like the body shiver lol.... the ones that came with my hearing aides were like that too... always felt them.
I definitely highly recommend these especially if you're struggling to find a good fit!!
These will be all I want now!!

OK, so I made a mistake when I ordered these. I failed to realize that they are 11mm in size (Large). I have a pair of Phonak hearing aids as well as a pair from Jabra. Normally I wear 4.0 style domes in a medium so I was surprised to see that these seemed so much larger. Turns out that I am glad that I made that mistake! This size is much better suited for me. They fit both brands of hearing aids perfectly. I assume it's because of the size but I was able to turn the volume down a bit and now I get no feedback whistle at all. All in all, they are perfect replacements for the domes that came with both sets of hearing aids.
