In the past I have had hearing aid issues with feedback and sounds not sounding as I felt they should. I play guitar and sound was not great. After much time I finally found these domes on Amazon. Now I am able to keep the hearing aid volume high and not have any feedback. My guitar sounds as I feel it should. The only issues for me seems that after 2 or 3 weeks I have to replace the domes with new ones. I have tried to clean them but over time they seem to get rigid which takes away from the sound I expect. I also had an issue with actually putting them in my ear because they seem to not insert smoothly. Turns out if I slightly wet them and they go in fine. To be any snugger in my ear I would have to have a custom dome made, but these are working just fine for me.

I ordered these 8mm double vent domes for an Oticon Behind the Ear CROS PX and an Oticon Behind the Ear MORE1. They fit both hearing aids and function just like original Oticon domes. Overall, I�m satisfied with the quality of this product and appreciate the reasonable cost.

These fit my aids, even though they're not this brand. I think they'll fit many brands if you have a similar aid to what they show.

Packaged in a bag rather the individually blister packed. But otherwise seem identical to the original domes.

These hearing aid domes do fit my Oticon hearing aid just fine. I need this smaller size because of my small internal ear size. The biggest difference between these and the ones my audiologist provides me with is these have less vents. I'm not sure if I totally noticed a huge difference between them, although there must be some reason why. Maybe the sound was a bit more muffled with these, but for my use, that isn't a real problem.

Replaced my old hearing aid domes with these. They fit well, block out outside noise and are comfortable.

I was a bit afraid to try non OEM Oticon domes but these work just great and are less expensive. Great product!

I have found that not all measurements of domes sold seem to be the same and are just slightly different. I needed bigger than the 10mm I had ordered, so I decided to try these 12mm domes. They were slightly too big. They were not very soft. Had they been softer, they might have worked, but they hurt my ears after a short time. Otherwise, they seem like decent domes for the price and quantity. Durability should not be a problem at all.

I wear an oticon minirite BTE and I really wanted to change my domes more often without paying too much. I use a 6mm (I have a tiny ear) and these are a perfect replacement. They are soft, just like the OEM, so I am really happy to have found them

These domes fit my Oticon hearing aids well. I like that these domes made by Clarity are in �environmentally-conscious packaging�.

I ordered these 10 mm domes for my husband Oti-con hearing aids. He is pretty particular about how things feel on his body so having these on his hearing aid in his ear and him saying that they are just fine is saying a lot. They must be pretty comfortable because I have not heard one complaint which is a really, good thing. Because of his saying, they fit his hearing aid and they are comfortable. I would say they are pretty good alternative to namebrand. I�m sure we will be back for more.

Although they list hearing aid brands that are compatible, this was for a generic brand, and it did not fit, so I wasn't able to test. The hearing aids are not for me so I am not knowledgeable on terms and I think the problem is I missed the term "minifit", as in they attach to an extremely small center pin.

It's been my experience that the main cause for heating aid malfunction is earwax blocking the tiny hole on the hearing aid domes. The domes need to be cleaned every day with a soft brush to prevent wax build-up. And you should replace them every 4 weeks. I especially like these as they have a double vent, which is easy to clean and is made from non-allergenic silicone. Very comfortable and secure for prolonged wear.

My RIC hearing aids use click domes. The benefit of click dome is they are firmly attached to the receiver. I wanted to try several different sizes of domes and so picked up 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm of these non-click domes. They do fit, but not in a way that would keep them on the receiver if you were to push the dome into your ear canal. Lucky for me my Truhearing hearing aids allow me to rest the dome in my ear canal and not get a feedback whistle.They are as comfortable as the Connexx click domes I was using, but a lot cheaper.If your hearing aid doesn't whistle from feedback, then these are a cheap and worthwhile option.

My mom, who lives with me, wears hearing aids. I don�t know why she can use both 8mm and 6mm domes, but she uses both sizes. This time she got the 6mm ones and they fit her Alta 2 hearing aids fine. They work as well as any brand that her doctor�s office has sold her in the past, and at a much better price point.

The Oticon-Compatible Hearing Aid Domes - Minifit Bass Double Vent 10MM, are a quality product. They fit the tip of the "receiver cable" of Oticon hearing aids, and many other brands. However, the fact that they fit is not the only criteria to determine if they are appropriate.The domes have a bump above the central hole. This bump assists in blocking ear wax from entering the domes and clogging the receiver end of the cable.The domes are made from a material that resists sliding inside the ear. These domes are less prone to sliding out of the ear, when compared to some other domes.All domes affect the sound fed from the hearing aids. With trepidation, I tried the domes on high-end Phonak hearing aids, and found that the results were pleasing. If these domes provide you with an exact replacement, then they are a good purchase. If the domes are different from your present domes, give them a try, but expect the purchase to be an experiment.

I am so pleased with these hearing aid domes from Clarity for a several reasons. First and most important, they fit my Oticon hearing aids and work fine. Second, Clarity is not kidding about their �environmentally-conscious packaging�. If you�re used to the regular packaging for these domes in which every dome is separate, Clarity puts them all in one bag. I confirm that the bag contains 36 of these pesky little domes. Great idea. Third, the product description is the first place I�ve ever seen the different domes explained. For all these reasons I recommend these domes and they are a great deal.

These are smooth and no sharp edges. The fit and are what you would want and expect.

My husband decided he wanted to try a different size hearing aid dome, so we gave these a try. He has Phonak behind the ear (not sure of the exact style) hearing aids. These fit perfect. He said this material was far more comfortable than the grey domes he was using. At roughly $1 per pair, this is a much better deal than what he had to pay at the audiologist. At least now I can toss the old ones and not have to clean them (I do the work because I can see up close lol).
